Returns & Exchanges

At Animate Online Shop, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
